A broad river flowing from Loch Veyatie into Fionn Loch, measuring just over 1 km in length by about 40 metres wide in places. Lots of trout in this river with good numbers in the 1lb region and some larger ones. Access from Veyatie or Fionn.

I've fished the entire river twice, once in high water and once low. The first time the water was high and I think I got 3, no great size. The second time I caught more but again, no great size.

I've fished it a couple of times, once with lots of water and once when the water was low. It's an interesting place to fish as in parts it almost turns into a loch itself. That said, while there was enough happening to keep me entertained the fish tended to be quite small.
