An interesting loch with some shallow bays and deep areas, and can be challenging bankside gfishing in places.
It's a great place to fish as part of a day in Ardroe, also taking in Loch nan Gobhar - which has lots of inlets and islands and Loch Thornaid.
As with Loch Dubh, access from the track on the Achmelvich road but you will have to cross some rough ground.
Part of the area was badly burned by a fire so may still be recovering from that.
